The Tampa International Gay and Lesbian Film Festival
Hosting the 20th anniversary festival Thursday, Oct. 8 through Sunday, Oct. 18, 2009. This year' line-up includes more than 60 films and shorts made for, by or about the gay, lesbian, bi-sexual and transgendered community. The festival will have screenings at the historic Tampa Theatre and Muvico Baywalk 20 in downtown St. Petersburg. Films screening at this year's festival have amassed a total of 26 national and international awards and represent filmmaking from 7 countries.
