The Arts Center will host ongoing demonstrations of the art and science of glass blowing. Visitors will watch as glass artists play with fire to melt silicon, color it and blow the molten glass into goblets, vases, pitchers and other objects. School children will take part in the creative process by helping the artists design pieces while at the same time learning about the chemistry of glass. This exhibit features the work of Dale Chihuly, a world famous glass artisan.
