National Register of Historic Places
Three of the most legendary hotels in the state are located right here!
All have entertained a “who’s who” list of guests. During World War II, all were used to house military personnel. Florida’s Beach is the only destination in Florida with three resorts on the National Register. The entire state has only six.

The Belleview Biltmore -
located on a bluff overlooking Clearwater Harbor, is a sprawling Victorian structure opened in 1897
The Don CeSar Beach Resort
located on St. Pete Beach is a towering “pink castle” that opened in the 1920s.
The Renaissance Vinoy Resort
located on St. Petersburg’s scenic waterfront is reminiscent of a style and glamour of long ago.
