Dali Objects/Dali Fetishes

This is an intimate exhibition of four of Dali's most intriguing object-creations originally dating from the 1930s, representing his contribution to a category of surrealist work known as the "surreal object." Red Grooms: The Graphic Work

The exhibition covers forty years of printmaking by one of the best-known American artists working today. Red Grooms grew up in Nashville and moved first to Chicago and then to New York, where he found the vitality of the city and the diversity of lifestyles to be an inspiration for his prints. A selection of 110 wall pieces and 15 pedestal pieces drawn from the private collection of Walter G. Memories of Maas Brothers

Little Luxuries: Antique Baby Rattles and Teethers

The tradition of teethers and rattles for babies is as old as humankind. During the Enlightenment and particularly in the nineteenth century, as the child had a more honored place in society, the variety and types of rattles increased in Europe and the United States. This exhibition contains a variety of rattles from a period of approximately three hundred years and in a range of materials, including gold, silver, tin, ivory, coral, and crystal. Jeff Whipple: A Twenty Year Survey

Jeff Whipple is one of Florida's preeminent artists and has exhibited broadly throughout the United States. Blue Jays Holiday Baseball Camp

The Toronto and Dunedin Blue Jays are offering a three-day holiday baseball camp for children ages 6-14. Camp sessions will run from 9 a.m. to noon each day at newly renovated Dunedin Stadium. Each camper will receive a ballpark lunch (hot dog, soda and chips) at the conclusion of each camp session. The three-day camp will feature professional instruction in all phases of the game by Blue Jays players and coaches. Participants will be grouped by age and/or skill level. A certified athletic trainer will be on staff to help insure a safe experience for all participants. Cost is $80 per camper and includes a t-shirt and a complimentary ticket to a Toronto Blue Jays Spring Training game. A portion of each registration fee will be donated to District 12 Little League.
