Cavalleria Rusticana and Pagliacci

Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center presents two operas in one evening. Cavalleria Rusticana is the story of a poor Sicilian village on Easter day where infidelity, seduction and revenge result in a duel and death. Pagliacci, the second half of the evening, takes place in a small village in Calabria, Italy. This opera centers around four strolling players, or clowns. English supertitle translations will be projected above the stage. It's Our Nature Bird Watching Walk
