This Florida International Museum exhibition of original artwork by Don Maitz presents the Golden Age of Piracy through facts and imagination. More than fifty works are displayed using oil paint, acrylic, pen, ink, watercolor and pencil. As the original and continuing artist of the popular Captain Morgan Spiced Rum character, Maitz has produced fourteen paintings of the character in the red suit.
