| Love and Death:  Dali and Two French Writers 
 Two never-before-exhibited suites of etchings by Dali from the museum's permanent collection are featured in this exhibit.  The etchings, which survey the themes of love and death, illustrate the works of two French writers:  Guillaume Apollinaire and Andre Malraux. | Dali Objects/Dali Fetishes 
 This is an intimate exhibition of four of Dali's most intriguing object-creations originally dating from the 1930s, representing his contribution to a category of surrealist work known as the "surreal object." | Famous Faces: Celebrity Portraits in Photography 
 From the earliest period of photographic history in the 1840s, the portrait could be viewed as photography's reason for being.  By the nineteenth-century's close, practitioners of the medium asserted its artfulness with landscapes and posed tableaux, but engaging portraits continued to flourish, deriving from both photography's commercial and artistic side.  Famous people faced the photographer's camera not only for their family and friends, but also for history, posterity, and adoring admirers.  This exhibition contains such portraits as the writer George Sand by Nadar, physicist Albert Einstein by Philippe Halsmann, poet Ezra Pound by Richard Avedon, and film star Gloria Swanson by Edward Steichen. | Red Grooms: The Graphic Work 
 The exhibition covers forty years of printmaking by one of the best-known American artists working today.  Red Grooms grew up in Nashville and moved first to Chicago and then to New York, where he found the vitality of the city and the diversity of  lifestyles to be an inspiration for his prints.  A selection of 110 wall pieces and 15 pedestal pieces drawn from the private collection of Walter G.  The Cirque du Soleil, the international show renowned for its dazzling acrobatics and aerial artistry, brings its special blend of circus, theater and magic to Tropicana Field. | Little Luxuries: Antique Baby Rattles and Teethers 
 The tradition of teethers and rattles for babies is as old as humankind.  During the Enlightenment and particularly 
in the nineteenth century, as the child had a more honored place in society, the variety and types of rattles increased in Europe and the United States.  Heritage Village, a 21-acre historical village and museum, will host holiday tours of some of Pinellas County's most historic buildings, all of which will be decorated for the holidays.  In addition to the pioneer and Victorian home decorations, 12 trees decorated by members of the St. Petersburg International Folk Fair Society will celebrate the cultural diversity of the county's citizens.  The eight bed and breakfasts of the St Petersburg Area Association of Bed and Breakfasts Inns will host a stroll through their Holiday decorated homes and a sampling of flavors from eight of the area’s finest restaurants. This self-guided taste and tour showcases extraordinary architectural styles and historic properties. The tour will also feature a child prodigy harpist at Bayboro House, and at Dickens House, a local history writer will offer his book about early St Petersburg history for autographing. | Historic Tours of the Fort Harrison Hotel 
 "Sundays at the Fort Harrison" which is a weekly open house at the Hotel, lasts from 11 a.m. until 8 p.m. This open house includes an in-depth historical tour of the hotel at 2 p.m., the Images of a Lifetime photo exhibition based on the life of Scientology Founder L. Ron Hubbard, and Sunday Brunch and dinner at the hotel's Hibiscus restaurant. The Sunday brunch buffet costs $20, dinner entrees range from $8 - $16.
