Indian Shores: Indian Shores is a tourist-friendly town of 1,474 with 2.65-miles of newly renourished sandy beach on the Gulf of Mexico. A number of beach access parking areas are available, as are public restrooms at 190th Avenue and 196th Avenue parks. A public fishing area, playground and restrooms are located on the Town Hall property as well. Many shops, restaurants offer a variety of services. Food includes Chinese, Spanish, Scandinavian, Italian and upscale as well as budget-prices seafood, steak and other favorites. Accommodations range from low-priced motels to high-end condos, offering short-term, long-term rentals and time-shares. Realtors and on-site rental agents are available.
