| Home Kenneth City: Incorporated in 1957, Kenneth City has a Population of 4,494. It was named after the developer, Sidney Colen's son, Kenneth. The 2-square mile city was formed around a shopping center, park and city hall. It is located below Pinellas Park just northwest of St. Petersburg. |
