Eclectic Ybor City is the site of this festive celebration featuring the TECO Energy Parade, a pep rally by the marching bands, cheerleaders and a spectacular fireworks show. The parade will feature floats and thirty marching bands. This free family event starts at 5:30 p.m. and runs along 7th Avenue. Martin Luther King Jr. National Parade

The 20th Annual Drum Major for Justice Parade begins at 1:15 p.m. The celebration also includes the Martin Luther King Jr. Festival of Bands competition, which features several renowned marching bands as they perform in a special salute to Dr. King. Martin Luther King Jr. Celebration

This event features activities including Gospel performances, a trade show and parade. The parade on Saturday will begin at 2 p.m. going west on Tarpon Avenue, south on Pinellas Avenue, east on Dr. Martin L. King, Jr Drive, then south to Dorsett Park.
