Downtown St. Petersburg 800 2nd Avenue NE St. Petersburg, FL 33701 Beginning October 7th at 9:00am St. Petersburg Saturday Morning Market begins its new market season. Each week, shoppers along Central Avenue can browse for fruit and vegetables, loaves of rustic bread, gourmet-prepared foods, smoothies, fresh flowers, herbs, plants, hand crafted gifts and much more. Pier Aquarium Annual Fish Head Ball

We're going to Surf City, gonna have some fun, for the 13th Annual Fish Head Ball. Surf's Up! at the Hilton, 333 First St. S, 7-11 pm Saturday, Nov. 4, 2006. The Fish Head Ball is The Pier Aquarium's annual fundraising event that benefits the family-friendly, award-winning educational programs offered throughout the year. The adults-only event features music, food provided by local restaurants and caterers, games, silent and live auctions and more. Sixth Annual Cajun/Zydeco Crawfish Festival

Vinoy Park 500 Bayshore Dr NE St. Petersburg, FL 33701 We do not have the official dates for this event, but it is usually held in March.Laissez les bon temps roulet! Louisiana comes to St. Petersburg for this tasty treat of a festival. Live music fills the air and 10,000 pounds of crawfish jambalaya, etouffe, funnel cakes and assorted Cajun cuisine will fill the festival attendees. Entertainment will include Geno Delafose & French Rockin Boogie, Roy Carrier & The Night Rockers, Steve Riley & The Mamou Playboys, Kevin Naquin and The Ossun Playboys, The Porchdogs and Bousoleil Avec Michael Doucet! The festival will be held under a 20,000 sq. ft. pavilion and will include a kid's tent for families. Admission is $10 per day or $25 for a three-day pass. Children 10 and under are admitted free.
