Grandma and Grandpa's place on the beach...island home and carriage house from Summer of 1925. Lovingly, converted into 6 fully furnished seaside apartments. Small and personable, simple and unpretentious. My grandparents chose well, clearly the most beautiful spot on the 12 mile string of barrier islands between Clearwater and St. Pete. Get married on the beach at a 1925 Seaside Estate. House and carriage house are in a tropical setting with courtyard/parking between. The waters of the Gulf and bay surround you like nowhere else. Ask for our large 3 bedroom on the main floor of the big house. It sleeps up to 8 and features antique red heart pines floors, many windows with fantastic beachfront views, a large kitchen, two outdoor dining areas, plus king and queen pillow top beds. It's the Owner's suite, very nice. For the romantic, reserve suite 4 upstairs. Awaken to the panoramic view out 9 tall windows. Daydream to the sight of sandpipers, sailboats, and beachcombers.
