Located in Pass-A-Grille?s National Historic District, the museum is housed in what was the first church built on the St. Petersburg/Clearwater area?s barrier islands. Museum exhibits trace the history of the area?s barrier islands through photographs, news clippings and artifacts dating from the 1500s through modern times. Walking tours of the Pass-A-Grille historic district are offered weekly. Hours are Thursday and Saturday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sunday 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
