This is the Pearl of the Beach. Sunrise Resort Motel South is one of the few remaining truly family-owned motels on Clearwater Beach. It has been owned and operated by a Swedish couple who live on the property for the past 5 years. The property is kept immaculatley clean, and is well maintained. Small rooms to large one bedroom apartments, and daily maid service(except Sundays) and guest laundry are available. Sunrise features a large heated, extremely clean swimming pool. Walking distance to "everything" and less that 100 yards to the beach, 1 1/2 blocks to the marina and Pier 60. Free parking for motel guests.
