If you’re more of a freshwater angler, you’ll find plenty of lakes stocked and ready with Bass, Catfish and Speckled Perch to make your fishing adventure come alive. Lake Tarpon, ranked among Florida’s Top-10 Bass lakes, is just one of the area reservoirs filled with great catches. Most lakes have boat ramps and bank fishing access, and are accompanied by beautiful parks.
Area Lakes:
Crescent Lake
At 16,000 acres, Lake Crescent is one of the largest freshwater lakes in the State of Florida. It is approximately 13 miles long and 2 miles wide.
Freedom Lake Park,
Pinellas Park
