19. Pinellas Park

Pinellas Park was founded in 1913 as an agricultural community and still holds to its roots with the Country in the Park and International Harvest Festival celebrations each year. Country in the Park, celebrated on the third Saturday in March, features non-stop musical entertainment, arts & crafts, a petting farm and horseback rides. The International Harvest Festival, held the first weekend in November, is a multi-cultural celebration of fall including food, arts & crafts and entertainment from around the world. The area is also home to 44,344 residents and includes the ParkSide Mall featuring several department stores, an ice-skating rink and plans call for a new 19-screen movie theater.
