The surf roars and splashes against the shore, a part of nature's orchestra that eases your tension. Kayaking is just one of the unique fitness options at local spas. Many also offer yoga or tai chi on the beach or in a tropical courtyard. Others offer water yoga in pools of mineral water.
Take advantage of the year-round sunshine at spa and fitness centers that offer a country club experience to overnight guests. These spas offer access to top-designed, lush golf courses and clay tennis courts, as well as pools and exercise equipment available to day spa guests.

Area spas offer packages – standards are couples, girlfriends and mother-and-daughter specials – throughout the year, allowing you to bond with loved ones through coinciding treatments in a shared room.
