The Town of Belleair is Florida’s Beach harbor side community that bills itself as “A Premier Community on Florida's West Coast.” Part of the town borders the gentle slopes of Clearwater Harbor; and much of this community of quaint cottages, stately mansions, and elegant tropical homes are nestled under canopies of grandfather oaks.

Belleair is home to the historic Belleview Biltmore Hotel, one of the largest wooden structures in the world. The Town of Belleair is primarily a residential community, but the community does host seasonal residents who spend part of their year annually in condos or vacation homes. Belleair has unique shops, fine dining and great seafood, several golf courses and is in close proximity to attractions.
